Introduction

 Real-time PCR detection system using fluorescent detection method of the analysis of the amplified PCR template , the system uses a semiconductor thermoelectric cooling technology to achieve rapid PCR process and through the high -sensitivity optical system of fluorescence signal detection , amplification and detection achieved simultaneously in the same tube function. The system is equipped with a powerful Chinese interface software system , more convenient operation , to meet the needs of a variety of research and clinical practice.
